This "game" is a mishmash of half executed ideas with no direction. The pointless running around to make friends is so boring. Then they toss in a dumb helicopter fight to seal the deal on how jumbled the ideas are in this game. I could careless about the superhero storylines as I have yet to watch a single movie. Maybe a fan can derive some entertainment from this alleged game.

Game has tons of options and depth when it comes to builds and variety. Playing on the Steam Deck is fun as is my Linux powered PC. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful MMO! The story, environment and PVP is well thought out and works well. The servers are second to none in the MMO space. I'm enjoying the game again after purchasing my first expansion. Loving the game! I bought the game at launch many years ago and real life happened. Decided to run through my backlog of games and I found out that I can login to the website standalone version through Steam!

Unlike Vampire Survivors, Halls of Torment gives the player the OPTION to temporarily or permanently control their shots like a true twin stick shooter. It is like playing old school Diablo style games with a controller! I love twin stick shooters and I love this game! Highly recommended!

Also, the game has a ton of features and achievements to strive for like do X amount of damage with a particular skill on a level. Those little touches give the player a reason to go back and try a new build with different gear. In short there is a ton to do and it works on the Steam Deck!

The game is regularly updated with new features that add new characters, spells, maps, defensive skills, etc. I'm jumping back in now to try the latest build in anticipation of the 2024 content overhaul that the development team is working on!

Too tedious and slow paced for me at the beginning. I can tell that it might have potential, but I do not have the patience to find out.

Really fun card game. I like the way that some cards work and the feeling of accomplishment when you win. I would recommend this game to anyone with a knack for turn based card games.

You have to buy slots for heroes that you acquire. Nothing in this game seems worth $100 or $40. I have plenty of games that play similarly and aren't a massive cash grab. Leave this game alone!
