Great atmosphere, amazing gameplay (when you don't encounter a bug), gives a feeling that you are playing OG S.T.A.L.K.E.R yet gives you fresh feeling to it.

Optimization is lacking at the moment so they need to work on that.
A-Life is broken which needs fix ASAP aswell
Few Crashes but not a big deal if you quick save often
Encountered 1 gamebreaking bug so far where NPC would stop in mid doors not letting me through to finish my side quest (Had to download UETools mod to be able to noclip)
Story seems good so far (am not even halfway through main quests)
Plenty to do, nice to RP or just sight seeing the zone
