Graphic: 9/10
Its a really realistic looking and behaving space simulation.
Space Stations and planetary surfaces are looking quite nice, too.
(see my uploaded screenshots).

Story: 1/10
This game somewhat has a storyline, but its only told via short text messages
displayed in a submenu, and is only refreshed every few days. I read there were
player based events too, were a common goal is given, but I never encountered one.
Story has no real influence in gameplay.

Gameplay: 7/10
There are loads of different things to do, like bounty hunting, exploration or trading.
The HUGE letdown is that any method of earning money gets repetitive REALLY quick.
Fighting enemy spaceships in a massive Battle with about 50 ships involved is indeed pretty
awesome at first, but after a few days visiting the Battlegrounds its really losing its appealing.
Also playing with a friend is kind of buggy right now, one often cant see ur wing members because
they got into a different instance of space.
The time you need to earn enough money to buy new ships insanely increases after a while
(like up to half a year if u play about 2h per day with average income).

Overall: 8/10
+Nice Graphic
+over 400.000.000.000.000 (!) different Starsystems
+You are free to do whatever u want, there are no restrictions whatsoever
+Awesome ship designs
+As far as I experienced the players are all very kind and ready to help
+ Fantastic music
+Exclusive ships for players who climbed up ranks by helping one of the big fractions
+ Powerplay gets you fighting for your favourite Leader in order to conquer the galaxy!

-Only 6 Types of missions, which are randomly generated, gets boring quite quickly
-Only a few different ships available
-Earning credits takes WAY to long in midgame, when you still havent a really big ship
and gets boring due to repetiveness
-Due to the huge size of the galaxy one often never meet other human players
-German translation SUCKS, many texts are still english or really broken
-Too few spawning sides when playing for the first time, so flying into your chosen leaders territory
can be quite a pain

Last but not least, the game has no tutorial. Means you have to figure out everything
for yourself, what can lead to a lot frustration, e.g. when you got a fine or even a bounty and
just dont know what you have done wrong. But on the other hand, this gives you various
moments of success when you finaly figured out another gameplay mechanic.

With the Extension Horizons upcoming this Christmas, you can get the basic game for free. Else
you have to pay two times the full price. So everyone who still hasnt E:D yet, the expension sure
is a good way to take part in space adventure and upcoming planetary landings. Yay!
