The game it self is nothing new when coming from console. That was as aspected. But!! i bought the game again just to mod my gameplay experience and tweak it as i would have liked to see it. That is for me.. where gta PC is all about. By declining the option to mod, and ban players who do.. they destroyed that one reason to play gta on pc.

Graphically the game is nothing superior to ps4 or xbone. What is a little underwhelming at some points. I would have liked to see that this game will be maintained by the community with modifications.

If R* would bring DLC, i would have bought it. But since they announced that they wont condone modding, they failed to keep a piece of the audience happy. No more R* for me if they wont accept users modding.
