Hey MrDuckFIN,
i want to make a updated version of ModifierGUI myself (with features like AI-Modifiers and country selection) and i wanted to ask for you permission (You obvoisly get credit). Ill send you a friend request on steam if you want to specify some stuff i can do and that i cant do.
I wont publish anything until you dont give your consent.

So im trying to make it so End of the new beginning works with modifier gui. Im having a bit of confusion with the Local mod part.
