The game Total War: Shogun 2 is awesome. I currently have 40 hours logged, and those 40 hours have just flown by. Total War: Shogun 2 is a strategy game where you are a lord and have to conquer Japan, along the way of becoming Shogun or Emperor you will make allies, enemies, and trade routes. The combat system is great as it has been in all Total War games. Strategies and analyzing and reacting to situations are key to winning. The new castle sieges add a new element to this franchise. Storming the walls is more tricky then one might think it would be with archers picking off melee units, it turns into a ranged battle until one side gets weakened enough for your melee troops to take to the walls. Another element Total War introduces is a co-op campaign. You have the option of trying to unite Japan with your Pal or going against him and fighting to the death till one of you end up on top. Now with the cons, I wish to co-op campaign would have supported more than two players. Another con is that the expansions aren’t as balanced as the original game. Other than those two cons I would recommend this game.

Great game. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you get ahold of it you will be a better fps gamer.

(Update: Almost 2k hours still haven't reached global... When will I be good enough...)
(Update 2: Still not global after 400 more hours. At this point I really do think it's a dream.)
(Update 3: Only took me 4,200 hours for global on both wingman and MM :))
