trades has too long cooldown, to prevent that they can make csgo, pubg and kotk more valuable than just survive. free jackpot is nice to have, but not valueable either, too many smurfs and bot accounts which joined the jackpot within 1 seconds even if there is captcha to solve. and the bad staff politics: i have never seen such an unbalanced country proportion. they either come from america or french. they barely have people from other countries which is actually bad, because half of the stuff is actually tryharding and the other half is chilling and making a good time with the customer money. it's frustrating to me.
