If you are expecting bugs to be fixed and QoL additions to the new maps DO NOT BUY THIS GAME.
Maps are simply given a surface level touchup. You are constantly bombarded by Paid content items in the UI and in your player inventory cluttering it up. Just keep playing ASE. Mods are more mature, mod sytem is more reliable and you won't have to do rollbacks on your servers every WC hotfix because cursedforge forgets half the mods you had loaded.

At this point the game and maps are too imature to spend money on and you need mods from the get go to fix resource balance deficits in multiple maps.

Skrew short-sighted Nintendo those overly litigious *khem*. This is not about them. This is *legally distinct* capture balls, floofy creatures with a healthy dose of "kinetic diplomacy" in a vibrant world full of Pals to "induct" into your tribe. Gear them up and them join you in your "diplomatic ventures". Build, survive, and explore to your hearts content in this massive open-world survival game.

(Refunded) Spent the first half hour of play trying to troubleshoot the controls. Could not find a way to fix them to even avoid getting killed in the first battle. Could not even face the enemies to shoot at them. 0/10

Fun Shoot em up game. Great with friends. Worth the money if you want a FPS shooter that focuses on Co-oP games VS NPCs. I would describe it as relaxing. In-game sound can be a bit janky at times. Mainly when people are loading in or lose connection but, other than that I haven't seen any game bugs. Plenty of "bugs" as in Arachnids to shoot though. Gore is also minimal. Not a lot of blood and in your face mutilation. That part is toned down a lot. If you are expecting Tomb Raider levels of in your face gore and brutal death Scenes this is not the game for that thankfully.

Sad to say it, but the game is basically dead. I spend more time in lobbies then in-game anymore. Game ran afoul of the greatest pitfall multiplayer shoot em up games can fall into. Lack of players in a solely multiplayer game.

I would love to recommend this game, but I just cannot. As it is now it has potential.

- Deep underwater there is intrigue in the murky darkness and mysteries to explore
- Build system is smart and thought out

Cons
- Limited replayability
- Retro UI theme
- Serious balance issues
- Overzealous limitations on crew
- Building require absurd amounts of crew
- Detrimental limitations on fauna sources
- Building that could be automated or partially automated are crew hog
- Cloning is not automated and has to be micromanaged
- Effectively stuck in starter area and deplete resources before you can expand and have to restart
- Tutorial sabotages you rather than guiding you towards longer term goals
- Creature attacks are too early

I will check back in 6 months if it's still alive.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME.

This game is no-longer stable enough to play. After the first 5 hours of a game expect frequent unity crashes, Inability to access containers. Terrain popping in and out, Tress and grass dissapearing etc. There will be no more hotfixes or developer involvement.

I don't approve of the company as a whole.

Just get this game it will be worth it.

Do not recommend. Fun concept, but very little has been done fixing game breaking broken mechcanics that have existed for years.

Main one being. Space flight needs a complete overhaul.

Tried a new playthrough today. Friggan nightmare.

Well I just tried to start a game. It was a nightmare from the get go. No useful hints, keybindings are not intuative and cannot be rebound. Dust storms are a pain in the tukas. 12 bugs assualt you as you get out of the pod. You die from suit breach before you figure out what is going on and I just got pissed off at it. I will not recomend the game at all.

Save your money people this is a dumster fire.

It's fun with friends if you can get more than 5 together. If not and you want to have a few more then turn it to pub you are guarenteed to it there as people join for 1 second and then imeadiately leave. The few people you have in a party the longer you have to wait. There is no option to link up with a friend and join a group together. In the in 2 of us where sitting in a lobby until it timed out over and over until we said skrew it lets play something else.

People can join then as soon as they see they are not the imposter leave. There is no rep system or accountability for people that do this. It ruins the game for others.
