Prostate pain/burning can be referred to the eurethra and penile head which could give the mistaken impression of other causes. Also important to mention that men have much longer eurethras making urinary tract infections very unlikely, burning with urination is more likely due to said inflamation and kidney stones are known to cause this. Sometimes odly shaped kidney stones can get stuck at the eurethra/prostate or cause damage and inflamation when exiting the eurethra, we may not know we have them because they can be small and unnoticed when passed besides a general sense of burning.
Of couse, if you've been sticking your ♥♥♥♥ in filthy muck spots with or without a condom, you might have a bigger problem, especially if you're experiencing smelly discharge/pus/blood, see a doctor mate!
That concludes Dr. Awkward's awkward bits and bobs talk on "why does my pee pee hurt?"
