After intense street fighting, the communists in Brussels have been exterminated with extreme prejudice. After retaking the town center, most gave up, and surrendered themselves. Ring leaders have been taken to interrogation, and all others are being executed. 385 Dutch soldiers lost their lives retaking the city, and we have counted 2,146 bodies of Revolutionaries. Another 1,000 approximately are due for execution and there are 50 or so in custody being interrogated. Our great King led the troops bravely to victory with few losses, and has returned to administrative duties in the Capital.
