No, it's just hats. Not just hats though, robotic versions of the hats that have been sitting around the Mann Co. store for months collecting dust.

Valve wants you money, but they don't want to work for it anymore.

I already have all the cosmetic items I could ever want and then some... and if I want one of these robo-hats, I'll just wait for them to appear on the Mann Co. store, ironically, the same place where the hats they copy are stored.

Maybe they'll add an option to "Mechanize" the hat your looking at, although I doubt TF2 to be THAT clever until a community member comes up with the idea...
