if you got lamb 2 slaughter prior to the update it probably wont ever show up on your community page, here is the fix, just start a server and enter following console commands

sv_cheats 1; achievement_reset L4D_ACHIEVEMENT_INCAP_AFTER_SAFEROOM; sv_cheats 0

there is a command to reset all achievments at once as well ' achievement_reset_all '. imgaine the face of a pubby where you just got smth simple like double pounce and the next moment he gets pounced for fiery 50 dmg :D

very usefull config changes, f.e. different colors for dragged and puked on survivors or for spawned and not yet spawned infected. the values to change the radius for things to glow, to change the thicknes of the outlines or to make items glow at all times are cheat protected.
