The deadline for season 5 medals is on Sunday the 15th. In the event that you have not received a medal, it was most likely because you were in the player pool instead of the team’s active roster. If this is the case, then in order to receive a reward, you will need to provide us with your pan.tf profile, your team page, and a minimum of 3 logs where you played matches to completion. If you are in the team’s active roster, then you will only need to provide us with your pan.tf profile and team page.

To be clear about playoffs, we will play two matches a week. First one gets posted Monday and is due Wednesday at the default time. Second one gets posted Thursday and is due Saturday at the default time. Default time on those days is the same time as the time on Fridays for your timezone during the normal season. Congratulations to the teams that have made it this far! As the regular season is now over, playoffs start this week.
There will be two matches a week for top 8 for NA/EU, top 6 for SA, top 4 for AU/NZ with double elimination meaning if your team loses twice, you're out. You can start scheduling your matches now so you'll have a little bit of extra time for your first playoffs match. Wednesday and Saturday are default match days for playoffs, but matches can be played in any reasonable amount of time before the default day (which means that for your first game the deadline is Wednesday)
If your team would like to drop out of playoffs it won't count towards disqualification but you will not get a playoffs medal, just the participant medal.

We will be starting AU/NZ and SA playoffs in the coming weeks so all divisions end around the same time, don't worry if you don't have a match!

This also means that rosters will be locked at the start of playoffs so make sure your team is ready to go. We want to emphasize the use of the pan in playoffs, anyone not using the pan will be given an individual infraction. Up to 2 mercs are allowed but need to be approved by the other team. Any rule breaking will give the team captain an infraction for not telling the mercs the rules during matches, this includes mercs not using the frying pan.

TL;DR:
-There will be a break for Christmas
-Double elim
-Two matches a week starting January 6th
-Playoffs is optional. Any forfeits at this point will not have your team disbanded
-Rosters will be locked after week 8
