Prussia is refusing to Join so thier is no point for me to run it. Does anybody want to run the group?

A tier Community will be created in this league. Will all owners do the following.

1. State whether you are willing to be in this League still

2. What Lands you occupy

3. Link to your group.

There are two options for this community

A. This will be like a tier, there will be a map with everyone on it. We will fight wars over land, colonies, trade, alliances, Etc. There will be NO tier overseer. And Groups are free to leave at their own choice. This group itself will be the center of this community. With all owners of the countries int his tier as admins.

B. This will be like CON, no Map, no wars to fight over land, everyone belongs in different tiers, but their community is here as the center. Contact with other nations will be centralized here.
