Moreover, I'd like to make sure that my comment at 2016 didn't mean that your server has authority of those models. Back to 2016, our FF2 server requested your server to remove models which had been used in your server without our permission.
Yuan990304 (steamoss.com/id/yuan990304/) , however talked to me that your server refuse to delete those models. Thus our FF2 server had no option but to just watch you guys use those models. Our server told that we won't complain you guys, if you guys don't use those models commercially.
This doesnt mean your server has any specific right to bully someone. Someone might use ported MMD models for his/her server without any intention, by downloading them from Baidu. If he/she remove those models from server after you guys' explanation, please don't bother him/her any more.

Again, I clearly announce that we didn't allow any request of permission to use models ever since we were compelled to permit your server to use some of our models. After that we declined every single request without any exception. The unfortunate case of leakage of models happened at Baidu by ex-user of our server, but our FF2 server have no relationship with that guy no longer. I'm sure that your server, group isn't the ones which must be blamed by that leakage through Baidu. Lastly, I and STONE are really tired from dealing with problems with models, so please, don't mention the permission of using models any more.

Also, I'm quite sure that this server tried best to prevent models leaking out of anywhere else. So we don't argue any more about the leakage of models used in your server. Unfortunately, this guy, (steamoss.com/id/franz1999/) , who was a visitor of our FF2 server, leaked models from our server at a few years ago via Baidu. Our entire FF2 server is not involved in that incident at all, and due to the leakage of models at Baidu, we permanently banned that guy both from our server and steamgroup.

[OFFICIAL COMMENT about MMD models ported for TF2]

I clearly say that neither myself, STONE nor Touhou FF2 server made any permission of using our TF2 models at any other server. We has declined every single request of permission of MMD models ported for TF2 since we inevitably allow your server to use some "leaked" model in non-commercial and private use at 2016. Ever since then, we have declined every single request of allowing to use models, including from this server by this guy (steamoss.com/id/yuan990304/) .
