Mutual Venture

Not being founded as a clan, Mutual Venture intents to unify all kind of players who share an equal perception towards the formula of a perfect gaming experience.

Teamplay is a critical component of Dota and should never be underestimated nor ignored by our members. Team roles are consequently split up between the players, thus every one of them has his own valuable task. This approach emphasizes the fact that all players are vital in order to achieve our goals. This dependency further intensifies individual responsibilty one has to accept. We demand passion, concentration and will to improve for that, while the actual playing skill is rather unrelevant. Every member may have several heroes he identifies with. For many of us the identification with a certain hero is very important, therefor this role-playing relation between player and hero should not be destroyed by other people carelessly picking those main heroes of another person. This approach accentuate the attendence of a person. Our members should not feel like they and their hero can easily get replaced. We want the absence of a member to have hard but legit consequences -> the related heroes should also miss. It will point out the value of each among us.

Apart from game-related aspects, positive internal communication and external representation are important claims for us. We support decent manners not only in our team, but also recommend players for a positive, caring or helpful behaviour.

Despite us being basically ambitious, we are not dead serious about the game. Failure, trial and error or fun situations are humorously seen and tolerated as an important part of the whole experience.
