My first raffle is planned to be a Bill's hat with 5 slots. Pretty darn small.

I will state the entry to a raffle. You will then need to contact me and trade me your entry fee which I will note down on the raffle page. I will use http://www.random.org/ which is realistically random enough. If you want to 'remove' your slot, I will trade you back your entry fee. Item overpay will be allowed for the raffle but it must be 20% over the price asked. Feel free to record the trade of you giving me your entry fee, this isn't a scam!
