The changes are:

-new rules in the pirate articals
-updated welcome note
-no longer have a group tag(i guess its weird)
-countary(all countaries welcome though)
-revised the old raid format and came out with a new one
-no longer need to own a hat for a admin high rank just need the interest and passion with some experience
