Account Hijackings - Phishing

There's been a few Steam Accounts being Hijacked today!

If you recieve anything from StoneDr, ignor it, his account was hijacked.

If you recieve ANY messages about free steam games, or any links that point you to a Steam Login page, ignore that message and ban the account from friends, as their account has been hijacked and is sending out phishing messages.

Nah i would agree Sally, n my acc was hijacked. I just fully was not thinking. got a msg from a friend, clicked it like i was on auto pilot logged into fake steam community acc... easy as that.

But yeah, totally not thinking was I..


All good now. was pretty impressed with Valves less that 12 hour turn around on hijacked accounts.

Rofl! How retarded are people! Have you not learnt the ways of the interwebs? Nothing is for free especially steam games and everyone is out to get you! If you recieve a msg from someone called Steam account management it's probably safe to say that aint steam management! PS: this is really me just ranting! :P
