So, it is with a heavy heart that I must inform everyone that in two weeks the EC website and forums will be shut down. After nearly 5 years of operation, the forums will now be taken down, with no plans to reintroduce them at a later date yet.

It's been a long time, and I've enjoyed watching this space exist, grow, people come and go, etc. and I hope that everyone finds means to keep in touch after the forums are taken down.
So I'm leaving this announcement so that people have time to exchange info, say their goodbyes and so on.

I would like to take this moment to thank everyone for being here, spending their time with us all, and becoming friends. I've met some of my best friends through this community, so it will always have a very important place in my memory.
