Guidance

Devices and settings for counter strike:

Mouse: Gaming mouse with adjustable DPI and high performance (SteelSeries, Razer - for example)
Keyboards: Not important
Mousepad: Steelseries QcK+ (Or another with size 450 x 400 mm)
Monitor: monitor must be with 120/144 hz, for example - benq xl2410t, benq xl2420t

Settings:

cs 1.6 launch options: -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd -freq 75 -low -dxlevel 90 -16bpp -wavonly -gl -nofbo -nojoy -noipx -noaafonts -port 27015 -mousethread -mousegrab -heapsize 1048576

Ingame settings (in config or in console):

how to shoot better?

* Learn to play with 400-600 dpi and a little sensitivity (1.8-3.0). Use large mouse pad.
* Train your aim on csdm and aim-maps
