Dear Members,

Ark has just released paid for DLC in its Alpha. This sets a precedent that can not be allowed to stand. Imagine DayZ and many other EA's out there following suit. That would entitle devs to never finish a game and cannibalise resources raised in the Alpha to monetise new content.

Totally unacceptable and a red flag.

Guys it has been brought to my attention that Pacifist, the power trip moderator is banning members of our group arbitrarily from the Day Z forums. This is in direct contravention of Steam rules.

Please report any and all abuses or inappropriate application of what little power he possesses to the Official steam moderators. Hopefully we can get this clown shut down and stop him victimising our members.

In a shock move last week, BI announced the appointment of a new lead developer to take over the troubled Day Z project. Industry insiders had been predicting this move, citing Sooty's excellent pedigree in performing miracles in front of young audiences.

Critics were quick to point out Sooty's apparent lack of coding or IT skills, however a Sotty spokesperson countered by suggesting the incumbent Day Z management had not found this a barrier to entry or a prerequisite.

A BI insider was quoted as saying, 'Sooty brings a wealth of experience and we have every confidence in his new executive team, headed by Sweep.'
