Scatterverse Servers Live

The Following (3) Servers are avaliable

> Scatterverse Public (20 Player)
- Shine Administration, NS2+, NS2 Stats

> Scatterverse Captains [200 Hr+] (18 Player)
- Shine Administration, NS2+, NS2 Statsbeta, CompMod Revision 3, Badges+, Extra Plugins

- 2 Slots are forced spectator (Not Reserved Slots), the games are minimum 6v6, maximum 8v8, single round.

> Scatterverse Private (16 Player)
- Shine Administration, NS2+, CompMod Revision 3

This community page has been created to assist in the management of the AUS NS2, Scatterverse Server Group, Including All the Stated Servers above.

The Rules are simple on all servers;-
- 1. ) No Trolling/Griefing
- 2. ) No Cheating/Hacking
- 3.) No (Deemed Excessively) Bad Behaviour
*Simply put, don't be a ♥♥♥♥.

Captains Server Requires some (Mild) Direction;-
Step 1.) Two Captains are either selected via the group, or nominate themselves.
Step 2.) The Two Captains, will then choose (one by one) until they have a full team.
*Someone use the Random Ready Room to determine who picks first*/Anyone.
- It is highly suggested that the Captains pick, to enable themselves to obtain a commander. If no one wants to command on the server, Captains are not necessarily required to, but admins are encouraged to assist in server / round start. If no one wants to Captain/or/Command, the server inevitebly dies, please try to educate any new players, that may have only just reached the hour requirement for the server, of the requirements.
Step 3.) Commanders are chosen & enter the Command Chairs
Step 4.) Commanders Signal Ready, via type (#ready or !ready)

In General:
Please be respectful on these servers & remember this is for competitive play, you should be trying to contribute if you are on this server, in all team activities, but for the same token, all typical negative input should remain at a minimum wherever possible, it is understood 200hours is insufficient for teaching competitive play & there will always be noobs in games; we just hope to get the really keen ones, show them how to play it competitively & bring more into our ladder comp @ AUS NS2.org.

Scatterverse Test (Shows Errors w/ Mods)

Several Mods are still malfunctioning on the Captains Server, in addition several people are experiencing loading issues w/ CompMod 3 still.

This should be rectified within the next 2-4weeks, we will keep you posted on the servers status.

Scatterverse Captains Server Now Live!

Hi All,

This page has been updated for all the Community Servers hosted by Scatterverse. In Addition, the awaited Captains Server is now live.

We will be hosting some events on the Captains Server & Hope to have as many of you as possible join us on the server, though we would like to note there is a soft hour cap of 200hours, due to the servers intent, being, for higher level NS2 Play, and a more competitive swing on PUB Games, whilslt also impacting stats, these should be some well rounded games, with HMGs !

We have also recently reduced the Scatterverse 24 player to 20player, as we intend on players being on the Scatterverse 18 player Captains Server, in addition.

The Scatterverse 16player private server, has also been repaired. Please note the issue was with downloading mods & it is still a present issue with NS2, you need to manually reinstall these mods,as such scatter has 'repaired' the server, but we remain adamant players should download all the following mods, which are present across our '3' servers.

Shine Administration, NS2Stats, NS2Stats Beta (Captains Server), CompMod Revision 3, NS2+, Badges+, Shine Extra Plugins

hey guys, I'm an old Natural Selection player from way back, looking at getting back into the new era of NS(2).

Sadly I'm broke as hell, and can't really spare $25 at the moment.
I'm wondering if anybody has a gift copy they could give or even trade me?(not sure what I have to offer)

Anyway, if so, send me a friend request! Thanks guys and hopefully I'll be joining you soon.

Ok I will attempt to set up a server in the next day or two. As the workshop is being a bit problematic with mod downloads it pays to have all the mods installed on your client before trying to connect to the server.I'll promulgate the list of mods that will be installed in the near future.
