Aus L4D2 Custom is an Australian Steam group created for a L4D2 dedicated server hosting custom maps and mutations. This Steam group has been created mainly to advertise this server exists.

Members may connect directly to the server via:
create lobby in any game mode or offical/custom server installed mutation > set offical/custom map > set server type to Steam group > click start the game > select Steam group server > click join game

Connecting this way instead of clicking on Steam group server in the main menu then selecting the server and clicking join game ensures you are able to select game mode, custom maps or mutations. Once you are in the server you will not be able to change game mode, custom maps or mutations, you will instead have to create a new lobby to change game mode, custom map or mutation with everyone out of the current game.
