There was an 8/8 back a few years ago with rules of 4 heaveys and 4 lights players. Best of three of what ever map picked. Both team would send out thier best player to fight for the toss. Who ever wins pick if they go offense of Defence. We would cycle throught the maps every week. It was quiet fun with that many peeps. I think if you try 10/10 there will be big lagg issuses.

...but the community isn't nessecarily booming atm, is it? Whats the rules? Is it a round based 1v1 torny? if so then its feasible, but I can't imagine clan matches would happen.

How about you host that tournament in a game for example Chivalry Medieval Warfare that is actualy played by more than 10 people?

It has been on sale now for at least 4 times. Costing only 5 euro's or even less.
