At first, both contestants ride off on each other, with their lances crouched. It is then rolled by dice who wins, results may be that one player is thrusted out of his saddle; is hurt; is killed; or both duelists have missed each other.
If one is hurt or killed, the other one has won.
If one of the competitors has been thrown out of the saddle, the other dismounts too. If both miss each other, both dismount. Then, the melee fight is fought out per dice-rolled roleplay.
