The Austria Government has supported since the beginning of the war. the enemies of the German Empire for acts contrary to neutrality. Of them draws the conclusion that our ships detained by reason of the war in Portuguese ports as a result of immobilization, are not subject to Article 2.0 of the treaty of commerce and navigation German, but the unlimited sovereignty of Austria, and therefore the unlimited right to ownership of the Austrian Government, the same way as any other existing property in the country.
