Here are some commands:

✦ bind (a random key) sm_admin = The admin menu.

✦ When spectating a hacker you can write sm_ban @aim <duration> in console.
<durations>
0 = permanent.
60 = 1 hour.
1440 = 1 day.
10080 = 1 week.

✦ bind (a random key) sm_bring @me or sm_tele @me = teleporting.
