Is this win?
-Installation requires serious work, but had not been fixed since launch (steam's version of the game launcher is well made, but the official game launcher is broken.
-Riddled with bugs, and it takes at least a month for them to recognize it, then another couple of months before they release a patch to fix it. The patch almost never fixes the main bugs, and usually introduces new ones.
-The Questing RPG element that is seen in the demo is a shameless lie disguising a marketing ploy - There are no missions past level 19, after that it's simple deathmatch or redundant linear coop missions.
-Tech support is a joke, they almost never reply, and are unable to assist most of the time.
Hi-Res is currently working on Tribes Universe (they seem to have an unhealthy interest in jetpacks). Approach with caution.
