As many of you surely know, there was allmost no activity since the creation of the group. This was because our founder Maik was the only one who worked

on it and because he also support aditional other projects in the internet, there was a lack of time for working on The-PAYDAY-killer!
To bring back some activity and add an aditional contact to the group he decided to make Atoran Dark, thats me, to an admin.

We wish to keep the group The-PAYDAY-killer public but also want to ad some life to it. Because of this we decided to make a few changes to the group

which wil take place in several steps:

Step 1) The group-description will be redesigned to make it easyer to understand and will be written in german and english! (this is already done)

Step 2) We will check the understanding of german and english language and with this we test indirectly if you are interested to stay in the group!

Step 3) All who failed the test or simply not participate in it will get kicked out of the group after a chosen amount auf time!

Step 4) After we kicked those out we will start to write all announcements and discussions in german and english that everyone can understand it!

Step 5) To bring life to The-PAYDAY-killer-group again, we will start some discussions with the goal to gather idea`s for recurring events and other

things!

Step 6) After collecting ideas and all have finished the discussions, we want to define the interval of the event`s decided and submit along with weekly

recurring times for the team search to the calendar so that everyone has the opportunity to participate!

Depending on how big the participation in the discussions was and how much members will use the chosen event`s group-search-times we later will decide if

there have to be aditional steps to make The-PAYDAY-killer even more active and add some more fun to it.
Steps 1-3 are inevitable and will definitely pulled even when various members do not agree with it. From Step 4 on we want to assure you that you will

have definitly the right to say what you thinking about it in it`s discussion we will open. After all of you told us what they thought, we will try to

find an agreement that every member can live with.
But in order to be an important part of these comming changes you have to add a short note on the discussion that interests you! It don`t have to be a

whole story, just tell us in a few short words what you mean and we will be more than happy to read it and discuss it with you.

To bring these changes as quick as possible to you we are in need that at least a few of you members participate to these discussions. If you want to

change something, please tell us, we would appreciate it very much!!!
