To expand the economic centers of Imperial Serbia, I, Imperial Governor Orville Redenbacker plan to expand the Imperial Rail System already here. I will help finnance the project as well as using an new steam locamotive. This new engine is faster and lighter than all others. It can go up to 125 km/h. This train will be able to haul goods from our centers of industry in the interior of the region to the ports on the coast. These ports will prospore and expand with the boost in business as well.

On request from the Imperial Governor, I am to announce that a new weapons are to be issued to every Imperial Troop in the Province. The weapons are newer and more accurate. They shoot longer and don't jam as frequently as well. These weapons, devoloped by the Governor himself, will be named after him. These new automatic rifles will be named: Orville K-98.
