weeb - a person with anime profile picture and/or a memeber of a group with anime profile picture or about anime.

(disclamer : if such person can explain anime profile picture nad/or topic OF A GROUP he/she is in, he/she shall be spared, only admins have the power to spare so if you wan't to be spared you gotta DM an admin) .

Note that:
-admins can't say just no and banish but have to firstly inspspect such person
-this is an exception that affects ONLY profile pictures of groups
-anime memes however are not forbidden
