With a number of larger nations leaveing were going to basicly have a hard reset of the RP with re-sign ups.

Everything will be back up and ready for sign ups in ~2 hours.

Alright just a heads up there will be a Hard Reset by the end of tonight. What will this reset involve you ask?

Well you guys get to decide, ive made four options with two options each for a type of reset of the RP to get it into functioning order.

The Constitutional Convention, the third of its kind

"To the good folk of the midwest and the rockies. News of the tomahawk missile launch, the execution of our fellow Americans is sure to have reached many of you now. Attrocities are being committed and retaliation is taking place around us as we speak, yet we remain disorganized.

Though we are a unified conglomeration of former states of the once great American Republic, we sit upon our porches and in our capitals refusing to work together. We came together those few years ago to ensure our very survival and prosperity in these dire times, yet as it stands I - a man from Missouri - am all but that to a man in Montana. Our governing bodies refuse to compromise and our 'nation' is just as - if not more so - disunified as it was before the assassination of our passed President." - Eric Greitens "To this, I, alongside Eric and the other members of the council have agreed. It is time to unify our state's under a solid, sturdy banner. As our forefathers called the thirteen colonies together to establish the Articles of Confederation, we too shall call together the ten states of the midwestern union to convene and establish the first Constitution of the Union of the Plains.

No longer shall we bicker to compromise between one another, but shall each state stand united.

As our colonial forefathers once said - united we stand, divided we fall, so shall we unite to become a union not only in name, but a union worthy to be called the child of the great experiment!" - John Hickenlooper

John Hickenlooper and Eric Greitens set a new tone in the Plains with the broadcast. News Networks across the Union gathered in Kansas City after the Convention of the Governors to be greeted with the declaration of the Third Constitutional Convention. So claimed as the Union is a descendant from the United States.

The two Governors, though previously upon opposite ends of the partisan wall separating the American peoples, joined together with fellow governors to give the Union hope. The Third Constitutional Convention was called forth, set to begin April 4th, the governing bodies of all states, from the judicial, legislative and executive branches of all states' governments, are expected to convene in "Union" City (the new and rising nickname for Kansas City.)

Constitutional Shock

This is hopefully to be the beginning of a new era for the states of the heartlands. The people though feel the shock of this. A new constitution, abandoning the American Constitution and any hope for reunification to begin anew has hit many homes. Many still had hope America would re-unify and give the brothers and sisters across America a chance to once again be under one banner.

This hope was finally snuffed out, the realization that America would not be re-unified and was no more had finally sunk in these past three years. The people of the heartlands now have a possibility to hold onto a new hope.

A hope for the Union of the Plains to succeed where as America failed. To never falter in the face of adversity again and to hold all as equal upon Earth.

The people now wait with anxiety. A new constitution is about to be discussed and the soon-to-become coherent nation sits on a historical moment in her formation.

The beginning of the Union seems to be just over the horizon.
