Hello, fellow Penguins!

The return of The Corner Pub has been an exciting time, and it's about to get even more fun! Starting today, we're going to feature a gametype for 3 days time, where we exclusively play that game mode in our rotation. We're going to kick things off with payload and work our way down the list of gametypes with a decent number of maps (no Hydro or Doomsday, sorry). After we've run through the list, we'll take a vote to see what maps from what gamemodes you liked the best and have them put into our All Around rotation! Oh, and there might be giveaways, too, so come on and get your fix TF2 lovin'!

After a very long break, it is an honor to announce that The Corner Pub is back! Come join us and be sure to add us back in you favorites. Our new address is 198.144.183.132:27015 . We look forward to seeing many of the people who have made the Pub as great as it was over the years and new faces as well! This moment is one that I, and I'm sure many, have longed for for a very long while. This new era will be one both familiar, and different. We look forward to not only reliving great memories from the past, but creating new ones to be cherished.

I would like to give a big thank you to everyone who has supported The Corner Pub, even in our times of dormancy. I would also like to thank FruityFalconPunch for being an immense help during this process. This return would not be possible without his help.

To those of you who have ever had the privilege to play with, talk to, or even know of Billy ♥ ♥ ♡, it is with a heavy heart that I inform you of his passing. Billy left us on October 18th, 2013 in a tragic car accident. Though news of his death comes late, its impact is no less profound.

The passing of Billy is something that pains me to think about. If you hadn't known, Billy was someone who lit up the Pub with his high spirit. Whenever he'd join, he'd turn the Pub from what could have been mistaken for a generic Valve server into a place full of off-the-wall conversation. Not many people could do that. I was glad to have him as a friend because he made TF2 into less of a video game and more into a relaxed social experience. We became great friends through and beyond the Pub, and I'm sure the same holds true for some of you reading this.

Billy was a great man, a caring human being and just an overall outstanding friend.

Me and the rest of The Corner Pub community extend our greatest respect to the late Billy and our deepest condolences to his friends, family, and everyone else he loved.

We miss you, Billy.
