I would like to warn the new members that join, because seems like almost everyone ignores the rules, its OK to look for teammates here or leave a message for Sparkles, but its not OK to spam the group with messages for the purpose of trading items , promoting " rep for rep " services or spamming the comment section asking for +rep. Last few weeks I have purged around 40 people, from witch 20 were bot account spamming every single CS related group.

I have also banned few Sparkles Impersonators, be sure to watch out who you chat or trade with.

Yeah, it just sucks honestly don't care about the skins I had overall but the knife wasn't even mine now I owe my friend a knife or the money for it, just sucks that people are willing to do some shady ♥♥♥♥ like that to make a buck and ruin someones mood and day.

He used the name of your friend, that's called impersonating and it's common. Or he had you use your APIkey somewhere in the process, maybe a fake website, Google forms etc and his bot automatically changed the name to your friend, or whoever you send offer to

I play CS2 casually and I had asked my friend to let me borrow his Talon Knife Rust Coat last week on the 13th of October and it was great using it and today I was playing casual where I ran into this random person who asked if I wanted to play so I agreed, we ended up joining on discord and he suggested we play FACEIT where he has a HUB called TylooLeague, I joined there and he was running me through a process on agreeing on the rules to be able to play with him, not knowing it was a scam I was doing everything he told me which didn't seem suspicious at all there was one last step left where I guess he said I had to do a trade offer and send all my items and he told me to pick someone I trusted so I picked my friend who let me borrow the knife and as soon as I approved of the trade on my phone he somehow took all the items and nothing went to my friend so I'm just writing this for people not to get scammed the same way I did.
