Css team.

My goal for this team is to play at least 7 hours a week, and to see where we can go. Obviously, many of us haven't been playing in a while, and so we're going to be rusty. But I'm curious to see where we can go. With that in mind, I want to practice, and work on our team play, but not to over push it. However, if we find that we are able to advance beyond that, I say by all means, lets try.



I will be running the team as the leader/strat caller/scheduler. If anyone wishes to take lead over these areas, let me know.
Below is what I expect from everyone.


1, No anger or rage. I've had enough of the yelling, and the hate, and anger, rawr rawring rageing maniacs. Keep this a fun, and relaxing place for us to play competitively.

2, When a practice, or match is scheduled, please show up. Please use the features of this group to post a comment if you cannot make it, at least 5 hours in advance if possible. It's very unfun for the those who did show up and make them wait. So please, be considerate of others.

3, Expect to lose a lot at first. We're going to see where we can go. And because we're so rusty, we're going to get roflstomped by everyone and their mother. If we should beat someone, assume they were bad at least for a while.

4, Don't make a bad name of us. Which is to say, we're a team that's not trying to hide the fact that we're not very good. Don't make us appear as if we're somthing we're not. We should achieve greatness, not demand it. We have to earn respect of others. We will not gain it by trash tralking. So during scrims, or anywhere else, keep trash talking to a minimum.

5, Please do not conspire against each other. If someone is slacking, (even if that's me) inform me, and I'll deal with it. We don't need drama to break us from within.

6, If you feel the strats, or any aspect of my leadership isn't upto par with your expectations, or feel you can offer a better alternative, let me know personally. I will openly discuss it, and consider it.
