The Empire of Russia challenges us to fight them on the battlefield however I say that we will fight and conquer them and remove their Tsar and place me as the new Tsar of Russia, it is high time we show the rest of the world that our Russia is the only true Russia! Long Live the Tsar!

The Imperal Reserves of the great Tsarist Armies will be mobilised to the borders of the Holy Roman Empire and we will begin to dig trenches and large field cannons behind the soldiers and we will prepare for any attack which the HRE so desperately wants. I will move Aeroplanes close enough to the HRE border to conduct large scale bombings if need be and tanks will be mass produced and shiped to the front as soon as possible, an estimate made by generals say that for now only 3,000,000 soldiers will be mobilised! Brave Russian soldiers of the Tsarist Army and White Army, I applaud you all on your great achievments and I mourn for the sacrifces which have been made by all you brave veterans and patriots of our Tsar. I will resurrect a memorial for the brave soldiers and generals that participated in the reunification of our empire.
