The EU countries have agreed on the 14th package of sanctions against Russia, despite the fact that Germany has been hindering the approval of new bans

Could this be the start of a current german attitude change towards russia?

This was reported by the Belgian EU Presidency.

Because why prolonging what is useless and stupid anyway. These Sanctions have been a joke since thje beginning. I mean did anyone sanction the americans for their war in Iraq, Vietnam, Syria, Afghanistan and so on?
