R U OK?'s vision is a world where we're all connected and are protected from suicide.

Our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life.

Our goals are to:
- Boost our confidence to meaningfully connect and ask about life's ups and down
- Nurture our sense of responsibility to regularly connect and support others
- Strengthen our sense of belonging because we know people are there for us
- Be relevant, strong and dynamic

Hi Everyone!

Hope your keeping safe and we'll, if not, please reach out - we're always here to have a chat.

This is just a bit of an announcement to let you all know that we will be doing a Charity Event during the month of August, with various events, and giveaways.- while raising some much needed funds for RUOK, that will support Mental Health and Suicide Prevention..We're here to make an impact on not only the wider community, but the Gaming Community.

To name a few, we will be giving away a copy of:

  • Star Wars: Squadrons
  • Pumpkin Jack
  • and more!

Frosty. Suicide will end your pain but it will start the same pain for others which will plant the same suicidal seed that was planted in you 8 years Ago. Do not kill yourself
