Hey folks!

Thanks to guys who are translating we are making some nice progress. And because we are going forward, I decided to upload new version of translation. It's up for grabbing in pirate thread. Current version is still a bit rusty due to lack of guys working on regular basis or technical limitations at this point. (We cannot load all localized files for the translation)
