After 6 months of joining with active membership those members would receive 5 company issued stock and per annual year receive 2 company stock

Purchase of stock would be granted after 6 months membership at a 10% discount but cannot sell until 3 years after purchasing stock and/or aquiring stock from the date they received that stock
