OAEL Re-opens!

Before OAEL was owned by dovaclin but he decided to give the ownership to me and i've been slacking off with it, i'm re-opening it and splitting it into 2 divisions, there will be no prizepool unless someone rich donates a few skins.
I do not expect a prizepool but i'm re-opening for the new teams who want a tournament/league win under their belt (e.g. "oh you're part of that team that won OAEL season 1 division A, sick!") if that makes sense

I'm going to delay season 1, division a and b, because not much teams are entering and so many teams are disbanding and re-branding. I'm going to start it when 6 TEAMS enter, so for the teams that entered you can either leave or wait.
If this goes on until april with at least 6 teams entered then i'm including a prize pool (not 100%)
