The reform changes the total respawns in a battle to total respawns a day

It will be hard to manage a faction by yourself, so the more the merrier, if you don't want the responsibly of owning one, feel free to join another's if they accept!

Would you kindly look into the Factions Discussion and info. And if you would be so kindly as to make/join one of the Factions it would greatly appreciated. Take to account that at the moment there is only french territory to be taken at this point in time.
