When the boredom hits in Elite Dangerous, it's like a brick wall. Vast, yet empty. Huge, yet instances of each section, each planet, each station.

Now devs want more money to release an expansion which includes planetary landings, but only on rocky worlds devoid of atmosphere. After 1-3 landings, will the boredom kick back in? I think the answer is YES!

Will I buy the expansion which costs almost as much as the original game? Don't know yet. Going to see what it's like when released.
