Players can add and start a trade with the Staff member that began the Raffle, and trade the appropiate entry items. A random number is selected by this site. http://www.random.org . A number is only drawn and a winner is announced, once all the slots have been filled. A Raffle will not be cancled due to lack of entry, and will remain open until finished.
No refunds are given out under any circumstances.
