Then make sure in the Visuals menu that HiRes Files is set to yes.

Team Deathpit 2024 Released

Team Deathpit 2024 is a small Bagman made by Mr Damage.

The map is a mirrored Bagman map with a pit in the centre. There are jump pads to get out of the pit.

There are pools of water in the team bases with the team safe bags in the centre. There are side passages that connect the two teams' bases. The money drop is in the centre pit.

There are jump pads in both bases that lift you up to armour and HMG cooling mods and then down into one of the side passages.

It has ample weapons and items and 24 player spawns. The map also contains two Cypress Hill samples.

Thanks to Elfor for a couple of suggestions and to everyone who helped beta test the map (It went through several betas before it was ready for release).

You can download Team Deathpit 2024 from here [www.kingpin.info].

Just extract/unzip the files to your Kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct locations.

I believe that currently the Steam game executable is able to read files besides "pak9.pak" because I think it is the executable of "MH's Kingpin Patch".

i have an idea for kingpin -- quake2 will load almost any pakfile like pak99.pak or even letters like mnh.pak
would it b possabile to alter kingpin so it does like quake2 with pak files?

Nucas we are in Steam so better say Steam version :)
The GoG version has no DRM and also contains all the music which the Steam version doesn't.
Neither have a working server browser but there are ones available anyways ([M]'s server browser and an updated Gamespylite)
Everything else is pretty much the same.
