1) Group wall: use it only to report offenses. Include steam IDs and video proof. Do not use this space to argue or post unrelated comments. Those can be sent directly to any of the moderators.

2) Video evidence: this is the quickest, most efficient way. Paired up with a steam ID, it makes things easier for BanCandy to deal with the offenders. You can either upload the video evidence to youtube or a similar site by using Fraps, Xfire or other software to capture directly from the game or by recording afterwards on theater. You can also save clips of demos (or full demos) on your Vault space. This process will take longer because BC has to add you as a friend, go through your Vault and find the video.

3) Talking to the admins/mods: You can reach us via Steam, but, I am speaking for myself, my friend's list is almost full so you can probably find one of us under the IW Enforcer's group Steam Chat page.

4) Read the other announcements, especially the one about MWsaRT.

I will be clearing off the wall with stuff unrelated to reporting cheaters, as well as posts that do not show clear evidence (or any evidence at all), to make BanCandy's job easier. If you have any questions, refer directly to the mods in the group chat, we will try to be there as much as possible.
