Hey, I'm going to start hosting competitive 10 mans. Here's a little on how it works. Every month (sorta like esea bracket) there is a 10 man points system. You can either play this with a team or join as a duo, trio, etc. and find people and pick captains or you can join as a full team. For every win you get a set amount of points as a individual, and if you lose its vice versa, you lose a set amount. We have Mods and Admins that will be in games or watching that will keep track somehow, at the end of the time period (most likely a month) the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place get a very good prize (skins or PayPal). Also in the future if more people like to come do this we will have small tournament's where you enter with a full team and pay a small entry fee, and that money PLUS MORE with go towards the prize pool. You can either just do a chill 10 man for fun, let everyone know you want to and get some people in the discord and start it up. It's all about fun. The 10 mans are supposed to be fun but we don't want high skill level players playing against lower tier players. So for most games, it will be a set rank of A- or above and IM or above or some nuts pug stats/open stats. For those people who don't care about playing with lower higher ranks, there will be games for you guys too! Ranks below A- or people who dont have esea, dont worry, we have thinsg for you too! If we don't have a a lot of people playing at the moment, we will just start up a 10 man with all the people we have. 10 MAN RULES
1. Toxicity, you will not be toxic or racist or threaten anyone when you play.
2. Throwing, if someone reports you for throwing or trolling or we see it you will be banned, it is ment to be taken seriously and not for you to ruin it.
3. Rank/Stats, For the most part we would like you to be AT LEAST A- or above and IM or above. If you are a lower rank and want to start up a 10 man with just lower ranks go ahead, we encourage it! We dont want to not lower guys to play, its just for the more competitive people.
4. All Payments, Depends on the payment type, if you won the 10 man ladder for the month it will be skins, let us know we will check out the leaderboads and send you the prize. For tourement winnings, it will be through PayPal and PayPal only.
5. Leaving mid game multipe times without valid reason is not ok, if you rage and leave you will most likely not be welcome back.
