After much thought and deliberation I have decided to create a semi-autonomouos province known as Gran Argentina which will encompass all of the realms holdings in South America. At the head of both civil and military command, Palfer's BF Marcus, will act as Governor and representive of the Crown.

With the fall of Mexico, Cuba has taken the opportunity expand its sphere of influence and now stakes claim over a larger Latin Socialist Republic. Before our glorious return to power, the nation of Spain was defeated in a war in which Mexico and Central America were lost.

Should we act and restore the Spanish Empire in the Americas or recognize the sovereignty of this fledging republic?

Today, the men of the Ejército de África! Have all gathered in the West Sahara base, to get ready for the fight of their lives. I have been training the men to keep them in top shape, with many different exercises. The men have made themselves into square formation, split into 4 different sectors.

In regards to the combative actions that have occured. With consultation of our war minister, I have decided to deploy a task force comprising of 4 heavy first rates and 6 first raters to blockade the southern portion of the coast of Barcalona. Any shipping heading or leaving Barcalona will be seized in the name of the crown. Shipping that try's to evade or attack our ships will be sunk outright!
