Heer (Ground forces/Army) - ╬WH╬

Kriegsmarine (navy) - ╬WN╬

Luftwaffe (air force) - ╬WL╬

Waffen-SS (SS) - ╬WSS╬ OR ╬SS╬
**NOTE!** : Although the Waffen-SS existed parallel to the Wehrmacht, Waffen-SS field units were placed under the operational control of the Armed Forces High Command (Oberkommando der Wehrmacht) or the Army High Command (Oberkommando des Heeres)
